Carnage Inflicted By Fanatжcal
Anti-Pesticide Prohibitions

Fanatжcal-prohibitions against conventional pest control products have led to catastrophic carnage for ALL jurisdictions and in ALL cases !

These prohibitions have led to  …

  • Catastrophic Business Carnage
  • Catastrophic Ecological Carnage
  • Catastrophic Financial Carnage

…  including Horrific & Debilitating Government Fines

…  and more.

Public complaints have increased significantly wherever fanatжcal-prohibitions have been imposed.

BUSINESS FAILURES

See the references below

Municipal prohibitions have been disgustingly arbitrary in their flagrant discrimination specifically AGAINST professional lawn care businesses !

These fanatжcal-prohibitions have provided inconsistent and unfair exception statuses for recurring invasive weeds and destructive insects  ―  for municipal properties  ―  but almost NEVER for lawn care businesses !

Because of the dismal failure of prohibitions, lawn care businesses have been annihilated since they have been forced to rely upon green alternative pesticides and cultural practices that are stunningly expensive and simply DO NOT work.

Municipal prohibitions have inflicted ecological pest disasters upon the community  ―  leading to catastrophic carnage for tens of thousands of destroyed and ravaged green spaces and hard-landscapes that have been turned into garbage dumps every single year !

Without conventional pest control products, green spaces and hard-landscapes become pest-infested and dangerous garbage dumps.

It is impossible to control recurring invasive weeds and destructive insects by using so-called green alternative pesticides and cultural practices.

Conventional pest control products need to be used in order to avoid the dismal failure of  dandelion apocalypse and bug armageddon.

BAN COSTS

See the references below

Municipal officials have repeatedly confirmed that fanatжcal-prohibitions require annual budgets which they cannot afford to implement.

Worries over soaring costs for labour and green alternative pesticides have turned out to be totally justified  ―   tax-payers and residents have been encumbered with stunningly exorbitant costs !

Because of the dismal failure of prohibitions, ALL municipalities are spending exorbitant amounts of money  ―  much much more than they previously did with conventional pest control products.

ALL municipalities desperately need conventional pest control products in order to economically and effectively control recurring invasive weeds and destructive insects !

Municipal prohibitions have cost tens-of-thousands, and even millions-of-dollars per year, in order to maintain pesticide-free municipal green spaces and hard landscapes.

Here are some examples  ―

  • For municipalities with 100,000 residents or more, the cost of maintaining pesticide-free public green spaces has been $100,000 or more per year.
  • For municipalities with 250,000 residents or more, the cost of maintaining pesticide-free public green spaces has been $250,000 or more per year.
  • For municipalities with 400,000 residents or more, the cost of maintaining pesticide-free public green spaces has been $1,000,000 or more per year.

Because of this catastrophic financial carnage, fanatжcal-prohibitions have been a dismal financial failure for ALL municipalities !

HORRIFIC FINES

See the references below

Jurisdictions like Ontario have been despicable in their validation of horrific, arbitrary, and stunningly debilitating fines that are, in fact, prejudicial and brutal punishments against businesses that are being victimized for using federally-approved products that are scientifically-safe.

From 2009 to 2018, under Ontario’s Liberal government, debilitating fines have been out-of-proportion with the seriousness of the violation.

Horrific fines are also being imposed specifically against employees, and not against the golf course or the lawn care company that they worked for.

Children are NOT at risk from conventional pest control products, but they ARE at risk when playing surfaces degrade into unusable and unsafe conditions because of the dismal failure of prohibitions.

Children need pest-free sports fields to avoid slipping and tripping, and becoming seriously hurt  ―  children need pesticides.

Children are safer when prohibition is NOT imposed since it is IMPOSSIBLE to keep playing surfaces safe, well-maintained, and pest-free without conventional pest control products.

In jurisdictions where prohibitions have been arbitrarily imposed, seasonal allergy sufferers find themselves increasingly sniffling, sneezing and coughing.

Allergic reactions, especially among children, have been inevitably increased.

Because of the dismal failure of prohibitions, people have been severely injured, and even killed, because of because of green alternative pesticides and cultural practices.

Prohibition inflicts serious health problems on the community !

DEATH

See the references below

An Ontario resident did not realize that hand-weeding a toxic noxious weed on his property would contribute to his death.

This resident was ultimately doomed since the safest and most effective method of controlling toxic noxious weeds was arbitrarily and needlessly prohibited in Ontario.

Contact with this toxic noxious weed resulted in severe burns to his hands and arms, eventually forcing him to be hospitalized  ―  ultimately, he died.

Unfortunately, the government of Ontario had imposed a reckless anti-pesticide prohibition.

The death was Ontario’s fault !

GOLF ATTACKS

See the references below  …

According to some municipal officials, under the command of golf-hating fanatжcs, golf courses should not be provided a pesticide ban exception status  ―  in defiance of the fact that pest control products are scientifically-safe and will cause NO harm.

Moreover, municipal golf courses should be closed because they do not bring in enough revenue.

Why do city-owned golf courses have to make a profit ?!?!

Not surprisingly, the REAL issue is NOT profitability.

The REAL issue is that municipal officials truly hate and despise the game of golf.

Prohibitions Rely On False-Facts
Regarding The Imaginary Danger Of
Conventional Pest Control Products

Elected officials have validated and ⁄ or implemented their prohibitions based upon false-facts related to  …

  • Integrated Pest Management ( IPM-Cultural-Practices )
  • Green Alternative Pesticides
  • Manual Weed Picking
  • Exception Statuses

By relying upon these false-facts, prohibition has been a dismal failure for ALL municipalities !

Prohibitions Rely On False-Facts
Regarding The Effectiveness Of
Integrated Pest Management

a.k.a. IPM-Cultural-Practices & Green Alternative Practices

Despite rigged testimonials and false-facts, IPM-cultural-practices are ineffective and DO NOT work !

These practices WILL NOT reduce or eliminate the need for pest control products.

Mowing, aerating, over-seeding, fertilizing, and top-dressing are all dismal failures !

Sadly, these practices are promoted by those who falsely allege success, and by those who are likely concocting lies, misconceptions, and deceptions for their own nefarious personal interests.

Because of the dismal failures of IPM-cultural-practices, ALL municipalities cannot wait to return to using conventional pest control products that are safe and effective.

Prohibitions Rely On False-Facts
Regarding The Effectiveness
Of Failed Green Alternatives

Municipal prohibitions have been prominently validated by elected officials with false-facts about safe, effective, and economical green alternative pesticides and cultural practices could replace conventional pest control products !  [ WRONG ! ]

Sadly, green alternatives are a primary reason for the repeated dismal failures of prohibitions in ALL municipalities !

Prohibitions Rely On False-Facts
Regarding The Effectiveness
Of Manual Weed Picking

Manual weed picking is a failed green alternative cultural practice.

Because of the dismal failure of prohibitions, municipal employees have been forced to resort to the back-breaking and agonizing job of manual weed picking.

Manual weed picking is totally ineffective for weed control, and DOES NOT work !

It is NOT cost effective, and is back-breakingly labour-intensive !

Maintaining pesticide-free hard-surfaces and infra-structures, when using a two-man crew for manual weed picking, has cost municipalities at least $60,000 per year.

Relying on manual weed picking means that municipal green spaces will inevitably become weed-infested garbage dumps.

ALL municipalities desperately need conventional pest control products, and NOT failed green alternative cultural practices like manual weed picking !

Prohibitions Allow
Thousands & Thousands
Of Exception Statuses

Exception statuses have represented the best examples of the dismal failures and the ridiculousness of fanatжcal-prohibitions !

ALL municipalities have allowed the use of conventional pest control products on municipal green spaces, like sports fields, that will inevitably become infested with recurring invasive weeds and destructive insects, which must be controlled annually in order for playing surfaces to remain safe and attractive.

These exception statuses have been conveniently incorporated into by-laws in order to allow municipal staff to circumvent prohibition, to arbitrarily suit the needs of elected officials, and to falsely maintain alignment of these officials with their political precepts and doctrines !

Some by-laws have even allowed the selling of exception status permits, hence becoming a predatory profit center for the municipality.

In fact, there should be NO #@!!% exception statuses whatsoever !

Conclusion

The REAL Trends Against Pesticide Bans

Fanatжcal-prohibitions against conventional pest control products have led to catastrophic carnage for ALL jurisdictions and in ALL cases !

Consequently, many municipal, provincial, and state governments have refused to adopt any form of prohibition.

There are REAL trends against the conspiracy to impose prohibition against pest control products used in the urban landscape.

There are dozens and dozens of jurisdictions that have stopped or rescinded or limited or invalidated or beginning to repeal anti-pesticide prohibitions and restrictions, or granted professional lawn care businesses with an exception status.

There are more and more tremendous victories against anti-pesticide terrжrism.
