PESTICIDES ARE NOT NEEDED ?!?!
The only people who want reckless and arbitrary prohibitions against pest control products are a small group of pesticide-hating fanatжcs.
They have vested interests in concocting false-facts and lunatжc-doctrines, such as ―
• LUNATЖC-DOCTRINE ― Pesticides will not be needed to maintain parks and green spaces. [ FALSE ! ]
• LUNATЖC-DOCTRINE ― Municipalities will be able to maintain sports fields, high-use parks, and other priority locations, in well-groomed condition without resorting to pest control products. [ FALSE ! ]
• LUNATЖC-DOCTRINE ― Acceptable levels of weed control will be achieved, at a reasonable cost, without the need for conventional pest control products. [ FALSE ! ]
• LUNATЖC-DOCTRINE ― Cultural practices will reduce or eliminate the need for pest control products. [ FALSE ! ]
• LUNATЖC-DOCTRINE ― Under prohibitions, municipalities will not spend more than they previously did on weed control. [ FALSE ! ]
• LUNATЖC-DOCTRINE ― The public will accept prohibitions, and most residents will believe that imposing prohibition is doing the right thing. [ FALSE ! ]
• LUNATЖC-DOCTRINE ― Municipalities will not return to using the banned pest control products, if they were allowed to do so. [ FALSE ! ]
These lunatжc-doctrines, implemented when prohibition is imposed, have led to catastrophic business, ecological, and financial carnage.
Fanatжcal-prohibitions have been dismal failures for ALL municipalities !
In light of these failures, municipalities will be eager to return to using all banned products.

MAJOR STUDY OF PROHIBITION FAILURES
IN BRITISH COLUMBIA !
A major study of British Columbia’s anti-pesticide by-laws has concluded that municipal prohibitions are ridiculous and dismal failures.
This is because municipal officials have been circumventing their own prohibitions by taking advantage of exception statuses that they have conveniently inserted in their by-laws.
In ALL cases, ALL municipalities have allowed the use of conventional pest control products on municipal green spaces, like sports fields.
Municipal exception statuses were found to be necessary since, with prohibition, green spaces will inevitably become infested with recurring invasive weeds and destructive insects, which must be controlled annually in order for playing surfaces to remain safe and attractive.
These exception statuses have been conveniently incorporated into by-laws in order to allow municipal staff to circumvent prohibition, to arbitrarily suit the needs of elected officials, and to falsely maintain alignment of these officials with their political precepts and doctrines !
Some by-laws have even allowed the selling of exception status permits, hence becoming a predatory profit center for the municipality.
