The COST INCREASES are based on the city having to rely on MANUAL OR MECHANICAL REMOVAL OF WEEDS and having to apply organic fertilizer monthly.
A PESTICIDE BAN will create a situation where Municipal Employees are forced to resort to the BACK-BREAKING and AGONIZING JOB of WEED-PULLING BY HAND, just like COTTON-PICKING NIGGARS.
Moreover, Durango’s Government Officials attempted to APPEASE local Anti-Pesticide Lunatics with so-called CHEMICAL FREE PARKS.
Two city-owned parks, Brookside and Pioneer, were designated as so-called CHEMICAL FREE PARKS ( a.k.a. ORGANIC PESTICIDE FREE ).
