PROVINCE OF SASKATCHEWAN – CONSPIRACY TO PROHIBIT PEST CONTROL PRODUCTS

The purpose of this archive is to provide information that will lead to a successful litigation against Anti-Pesticide Activists in the Province of Saskatchewan.

Saskatchewan is a prairie province in Western Canada, which has a population of over one million, mostly living in the southern half of the province.

Of these, 235,000 live in the province's largest city, Saskatoon, while 195,00 live in the provincial capital, Regina.

Provincial politics in Saskatchewan is dominated by New Democratic Party (NDP) and Saskatchewan Party.

Until 2012, VIRTUALLY NO Anti-Pesticide PROHIBITIONS have been implemented anywhere, except for a small portion of the City of Saskatoon, where Saskatoon Health Region PROHIBITED the use of pest control products on its grounds.

Saskatoon Health Region is INFESTED with Anti-Pesticide Activists.

Otherwise, throughout the province, there is STRONG SUPPORT for SCIENCE-BASED REGULATORY DECISIONS.

In Saskatchewan, Pest Management Regulatory Agency ( PMRA ) is the branch of Health Canada that is considered having THE ESSENTIAL EXPERTISE on the subject of pest control products.

Four principal Anti-Pesticide Organizations operate in Saskatchewan  ―

●   Canadian Cancer Society

●   Lung Association of Saskatchewan

●   Saskatchewan Network for Alternatives to Pesticides ( SNAP )

●   Saskatchewan Registered Nurses’ Association ( SRNA )

They operate under the PUBLIC POLICY SHIELD called Saskatchewan Environmental Society.

PROHIBITION Is NOT Necessary

City of Regina is moving towards the NEEDLESS, SENSELESS, and MALICIOUS PROHIBITION against pest control products used in the Urban Landscape.

In fact, pest control products are HEALTH-CANADA-APPROVED, FEDERALLY-LEGAL, SCIENTIFICALLY-SAFE, and PRACTICALLY-NON-TOXIC.

Non-Expert Anti-Pesticide Lunatic Sanela Begic, and her buddies at Canadian Cancer Society, have been PERPETUATING NOTHING BUT MYTHS regarding the need for PROHIBITION in Regina.

ANY PROHIBITION of pest control products is NOT supported by health and policy experts, and is not supported by local residents.

As reported through Health Canada’s vast toxicology database, scientific research shows that NO harm will occur when pest control products are used according to label directions.

If/when Regina IMPOSES Anti-Pesticide PROHIBITION, it will have done so in DEFIANCE of Health Canada's ASSESSMENTS proving that pest control products are SCIENTIFICALLY-SAFE  …  a process that can take up to TEN YEARS and COST HUNDREDS OF MILLIONS OF DOLLARS.

Regina’s Environment Advisory Committee is not expected to spend ANY MONEY on the SCIENTIFIC ASSESSMENT of pest control products.

Health Canada, and NOT Regina, and NOT Anti–Pesticide Activists like Begic, has THE ESSENTIAL EXPERTISE on the subject of pest control products.

Overall, when pest control products are used properly, there are NO harmful irreversible effects to health and the environment !

There is NOT ONE KNOWN ILLNESS or DEATH from the proper use of pest control products used in the Urban Landscape.

According to Dr. Leonard Ritter, the nation’s LEADING EXPERT in the field of toxicology and pesticide safety, pest control products DO NOT CAUSE CANCER, and there is NO increase in cancer deaths in Canada when you consider that the population is aging and increasing.

A recent POLL conducted by Canadian Consumer Specialty Products Association ( CCSPA ) showed that the VAST MAJORITY of residents in Western Canada are OPPOSED to the PROHIBITION of conventional pest control products, and they actually FAVOUR the continued use of these products around their homes and in public green spaces.

For more information about WESTERN CANADA POLL, go to the following web-page  …

https://pesticidetruths.com/toc/the-wisdom-of-canadian-consumer-specialty-products-association/

According to another recent Ontario poll, MORE THAN HALF of Ontario home-owners believe that the provincial government DID NOT DO THE RIGHT THING by implementing Anti-Pesticide PROHIBITION.

Ontario home-owners WOULD  RATHER HAVE THE BAN SCRAPPED OR MODIFIED.

For more information about ONTARIO POLL,  go to the following web-page  …

https://pesticidetruths.com/toc/ontario-2011-polling-results/

The Fraser Institute, one of the Top 25 leading THINK-TANKS in the world, has said that the proposed ban in Western Canada is ILL-CONCEIVED, and DOES NOT accurately reflect the current state of scientific knowledge.

For more information about THE FRASER INSTITUTE, go to the following web-page  …

https://pesticidetruths.com/toc/the-wisdom-of-the-fraser-institute/

Moreover, Canadian Cancer Society’s own web–site states that scientific research does NOT provide a conclusive link between pesticides and human cancer.

According to Canadian Cancer Society  …

The research is NOT CONCLUSIVE

The evidence is NOT YET CONCLUSIVE.

Exception Status

If/when Regina IMPOSES Anti-Pesticide PROHIBITION, it may wish to consider providing an EXCEPTION STATUS to ALL CERTIFIED APPLICATORS, including those in the Professional Lawn Care Industry.

EXCEPTION STATUSES have been adopted in jurisdictions throughout British Columbia, where Government Officials have left pest control products in the hands of professionally-trained applicators.

Without EXCEPTION STATUSES, Anti-Pesticide PROHIBITION has led to CATASTROPHIC CARNAGE for businesses operating in the Professional Lawn Care Industry.

Prohibition Is NOT Necessary

Any PROHIBITION of pest control products is NOT JUSTIFIED because STRICT REGULATIONS based on scientific research already PROTECT our health and our environment.

Scientific research shows that, as reported through Health Canada’s VAST TOXICOLOGY DATABASE, NO HARM WILL OCCUR when pest control products are used according to label directions.

The RISK ASSESSMENT of pest control products indicates that they are PRACTICALLY-NON-TOXIC.

Consequently, it is a fact that pest control products cause NO HARM, including chronic effects such as CANCER.

The MAJOR SOURCE of exposure to pest control products is from FOOD SUPPLY, and NOT the Urban Landscape.

PROHIBITION is NOT necessary, and has led to CATASTROPHIC CARNAGE.

In jurisdictions like Ontario, PROHIBITION led to the DEATH of an elderly man who was forced to hand-pull TOXIC NOXIOUS WEEDS.

In jurisdictions where PROHIBITION has been IMPLEMENTED, the Professional Lawn Care Industry has SUFFERED IMMENSE LOSSES, in the HUNDREDS OF MILLIONS OF DOLLARS.

Moreover, because of PROHIBITION, green spaces are OVER-RUN WITH WEEDS, INFESTED WITH INSECTS, and DISMALLY DESTROYED  ―  they look like GARBAGE DUMPS.

PROHIBITION is NOT NECESSARY because, overall, when pest control products are used properly, there are NO harmful irreversible effects to health and the environment !

In fact, pest control products are  …

●   Government-Approved

●   Federally-Legal

●   Safe For Children  *

●   Scientifically-Safe

●   Practically-Non-Toxic

●   Good for the Environment

*  Except when stored improperly in the home.

Furthermore, pest control products  …

●   Cause No Harm

●   Do Not Cause Cancer

●   Do Not Run-Off Into Lakes and Streams

●   Enhance the Urban Landscape

CATASTROPHIC CARNAGE

The 9|11 Era of Anti-Pesticide Terrorism is a HORROR created by the CONSPIRACY of ENVIRONMENTAL EVIL that has ANNIHILATED the Modern Professional Lawn Care Industry.

Anti–Pesticide PROHIBITION has led to CATASTROPHIC CARNAGE for businesses operating in the Professional Lawn Care Industry.

Anti-Pesticide Activists CONSPIRE to PROHIBIT pest control products that are, in fact, HEALTH-CANADA-APPROVED, FEDERALLY-LEGAL, SCIENTIFICALLY-SAFE, and PRACTICALLY-NON-TOXIC.

Anti-Pesticide Activists CONSPIRE to IMPOSE ideas that are INTELLECTUALLY DECREPIT, DEPRAVED, DESPICABLE, and DEVOID OF ANY SOUND SCIENCE.

Their DEPRAVED INDIFFERENCE is DESPICABLY converting our communities into UNHAPPY, UGLY, UNEMPLOYED, UNENLIGHTENED, and UNHEALTHY ENVIRONMENTS.

LUNATIC Anti-Pesticide PROHIBITION has INFLICTED HORRENDOUS CATASTROPHIC CARNAGE across Canada.

Because of Anti-Pesticide PROHIBITION, the owners, employees, and families dependent on Professional Lawn Care businesses have faced TERROR, DESPAIR, and DESTITUTION.

Anti–Pesticide PROHIBITION led to EXTENSIVE CARNAGE for Professional Lawn Care companies, in the form of HORRIFIC FINES and BUSINESS FAILURES.

Anti-Pesticide Activists are GREATLY MISTAKEN by saying that the PROHIBITION of pest control products would somehow benefit the Professional Lawn Care Industry.

In many jurisdictions across Canada, Anti-Pesticide PROHIBITION has led to IMMENSE LOSSES OF REVENUES, BUSINESS FAILURES, BANKRUPTCY, and UNEMPLOYMENT.

PROHIBITION has INFLICTED HORRENDOUS CATASTROPHIC CARNAGE in jurisdictions such as Halifax Regional Municipality, and the Provinces of Quebec and Ontario.

Because of Anti-Pesticide PROHIBITION in Halifax Regional Municipality, Professional Lawn Care customers DISINTEGRATED BY OVER 50 PER CENT.

As a sad consequence of Anti-Pesticide PROHIBITION in the Province of Quebec, OVER 60 PER CENT of the Professional Lawn Care Industry WAS ANNIHILATED.

Because of PROHIBITION in Ontario, the Professional Lawn Care Industry LOST OVER 500,000,000 DOLLARS, with UP TO 12,500 UNEMPLOYED.

Because of PROHIBITION in Ontario, ONE-COMPANY-PER-WEEK DISAPPEARS INTO TOTAL OBLIVION.

The SAME fate soon awaits Saskatchewan.

The MYTH Of Cancer

There are NO pest control products that are known or probable carcinogens.

It is a MYTH to believe that pest control products somehow cause cancer.

There are THOUSANDS OF DEATHS per year from KNOWN CANCER-CAUSING SUBSTANCES such as cigarette smoke and alcohol.

There is NOT ONE KNOWN CANCER DEATH from the proper use of pest control products used in the Urban Landscape.

Canadian Cancer Society, through its promotional literature, continues to insist there is a link between pest control products and cancer, despite the fact that its U.S. counterpart, American Cancer Society, DOES NOT SHARE THE SAME VIEWPOINT.

Even Canadian Cancer Society’s own web-site states that scientific research does NOT provide a conclusive link be-tween pesticides and human cancer.

Pest control products are SCIENTIFICALLY SAFE, and NO HARM WILL OCCUR when they are used according to label directions.
