Overview of Trillium
The Ontario Trillium Foundation DESTROYED the Professional Lawn Care Industry.
If there would have been NO Trillium, the Professional Lawn Care Industry would still be ALIVE today !
This DESTRUCTION was made possible by TRILLIUM GRANTS to Anti-Pesticide Organizations that CONSPIRED to PROHIBIT pest control products used in the Urban Landscape.
The Ontario Trillium Foundation ( OTF ) is an agency of the Government of Ontario ( Ministry of Culture ).
Trillium is one of Canada’s largest grant-making foundations.
TRILLIUM GRANTS were/are provided to eligible Ontario not-for-profit and charitable organizations in the areas of the environment, as well as arts and culture, human and social services and sports and recreation.
TRILLIUM GRANTS were/are provided to RADICAL and SUBVERSIVE Environmental and Anti-Pesticide Organizations.
Trillium ALLEGES to building healthy and vibrant communities ?!?!
Nothing could be further from the truth.
The Ontario Trillium Foundation SQUANDERED AND MISAPPROPRIATED MILLIONS OF DOLLARS towards the SUBVERSIVE ANTI-PESTICIDE CONSPIRACY OF PROHIBITION.
OVER 2,000,000 DOLLARS.
The Ontario Trillium Foundation DESTROYED the Professional Lawn Care Industry.
This is because it FINANCIALLY SUPPORTED Anti-Pesticide Organizations that CONSPIRED to PROHIBIT pest control products in the Urban Landscape.
Trillium as a SHIELD Organization
Trillium operates as a FINANCIAL SHIELD to provide GRANTS to Environmental and Anti-Pesticide Organizations.
TRILLIUM GRANTS FINANCED the SUBVERSIVE CONSPIRACY to PROHIBIT pest control products.
Anti-Pesticide PROHIBITION in Ontario
On April 22nd, 2009, the Government of Ontario ARBITRARILY PROHIBITED pest control products used in the Urban Landscape.
This NEEDLESS, SENSELESS, and MALICIOUS PROHIBITION led to the DESTRUCTION of the Modern Professional Lawn Care Industry.
In fact, PROHIBITION WAS UNNECESSARY since pest control products were/are carefully regulated by Health Canada to protect health and environment.
PROHIBITION WAS UNNECESSARY since pest control products were/are, in fact, HEALTH-CANADA-APPROVED, FEDERALLY-LEGAL, SCIENTIFICALLY-SAFE, and PRACTICALLY NON-TOXIC.
Until 2009, the Government of Ontario was SEEMINGLY LISTENING to stake-holders regarding the fate of « cosmetic pesticides ».
Until 2009, the Government of Ontario was ostensibly CONSPIRING towards the demise of the Professional Lawn Care Industry by PROVIDING TRILLIUM GRANTS to SUBVERSIVE TAX-EXEMPT Anti-Pesticide Organizations.
Anti-Pesticide Organizations used TRILLIUM GRANTS, directly or indirectly, to CONSPIRE TO PROHIBIT PEST CONTROL PRODUCTS.
Thanks to TRILLIUM GRANTS, SUBVERSIVE LOBBYING and ADVERTISING orchestrated by Anti-Pesticide Organizations guaranteed the passage of the Ontario Cosmetic Pesticides Ban Act.
Ontario PROHIBITION was made possible because of TRILLIUM GRANTS to Anti-Pesticide Organizations.
TRILLIUM GRANTS are financed by TAX-DOLLARS.
The Professional Lawn Care Industry’s TAX-DOLLARS were used to DESTROY its companies.
Trillium FINANCING Anti-Pesticide Conspiracy
Observers estimate that The Ontario Trillium Foundation SPENT OVER 2,000,000 DOLLARS in GRANTS to FINANCE the CONSPIRACY to PROHIBIT pest control products used in the Urban Landscape.
Between 2001 and 2006, TRILLIUM GRANTS funded over 600 environmental projects across Ontario worth more than 47 million dollars.
In 2007, annual funding was boosted to 105 million from 100 million dollars.
In 2007-2008 alone, almost 500,000 DOLLARS in TRILLIUM GRANTS was provided by The Ontario Trillium Foundation to Anti-Pesticide Organizations.
During the period 1999-2009, over 1,5000,000 DOLLARS was provided to Anti-Pesticide Organizations.
Coincidentally, TRILLIUM GRANTS were provided by The Ontario Trillium Foundation during the period of time covering the public debates on PROHIBITION for the City of Toronto and the Province of Ontario ( 2001 – 2008 ).
In 2004, the Court of Appeal for Ontario unfortunately concluded that City of Toronto DID have the authority to PROHIBIT pest control products.
In 2008, the Cosmetic Pesticides Ban Act was unfortunately legislated by the Government of Ontario.
In BOTH CASES, the SUCCESSFUL PASSAGE OF THESE PROHIBITIONS were clearly INFLUENCED by TRILLIUM GRANTS, as well as by other sources of financing.
In 1999 and 2001, TRILLIUM GRANTS even financed Anti-Pesticide Organizations to provide the means and/or the infra-structure to legally challenge the Professional Lawn Care Industry in the PROHIBITION IN TOWN OF HUDSON, QUEBEC.
On June 28th, 2001, The Supreme Court of Canada unfortunately upheld the ACTS OF SUBVERSION by the Town of Hudson which prohibited the use of pest control products for the Professional Lawn Care Industry and Do-It-Yourself Homeowners.
Essentially, The Ontario Trillium Foundation SQUANDERED MILLIONS OF DOLLARS IN GRANTS ON THE SUBVERSIVE ANTI-PESTICIDE CONSPIRACY OF PROHIBITION.
OVER 2,000,000 DOLLARS !
Anti-Pesticide CARNAGE in Ontario
Incredibly, the Province of Ontario ARBITRARILY PROHIBITED pest control products used in the Urban Landscape.
On April 22nd, 2008, the Government of Ontario introduced legislation for the Cosmetic Pesticides Ban Act 2008.
The PROHIBITED pest control products were HEALTH-CANADA-APPROVED, FEDERALLY-LEGAL, SCIENTIFICALLY-SAFE, and PRACTICALLY-NON-TOXIC.
Ontario PROHIBITION was 100 per cent Politically-Based and 0 per cent Science-Based.
The DEVASTATION of the Professional Lawn Care Industry was EXTENSIVE because there were NO valid economical alternatives to replace the prohibited products.
So-called Green Alternative Pesticides, such as Corn Gluten Meal, Fiesta, Flame-Throwers, Nematodes, and Sarritor, were DISMAL FAILURES.
Consequently, Professional Lawn Care Companies were UNABLE to provide adequate weed and insect control, and were UNABLE to keep their customers satisfied.
Because of Anti-Pesticide PROHIBITION, the owners, employees, and families dependent on Professional Lawn Care businesses faced TERROR, DESPAIR, and DESTITUTION.
There were NO OPPORTUNITIES FOR BUSINESS GROWTH.
Because of PROHIBITION, Professional Lawn Care businesses, which at one time provided a good living and some equity for eventual sale for retirement, became WORTHLESS !
Because of the Anti-Pesticide PROHIBITION, Professional Lawn Care businesses were forced to TERMINATE many or most of their employees.
PROHIBITION inflicted TERROR, DESPAIR, and DESTITUTION on THOUSANDS of hapless victims throughout the Professional Lawn Care Industry.
Many multi-vehicle Professional Lawn Care businesses were FORCED TO DOWN-SIZE THEIR OPERATIONS to a single truck.
There was a GLUT OF USED-EQUIPMENT-FOR-SALE because of the DOWN-SIZING AND EXODUS of Professional Lawn Care businesses.
Because of Anti-Pesticide PROHIBITION, DOZENS OF BUSINESSES WERE FORCED TO EXIT FROM THE MARKET AND DISAPPEAR INTO TOTAL OBLIVION.
Professional Lawn Care businesses were simply ABANDONED ― no one was able to buy or sell a Professional Lawn Care business.
In the Province of Ontario, the Professional Lawn Care Industry LOST OVER 500,000,000 DOLLARS.
By 2009, OVER 5,000 HAPLESS VICTIMS were UNEMPLOYED ( full time employees and summer students ).
Because of Anti-Pesticide PROHIBITION, Professional Lawn Care businesses were forced to TERMINATE many or most of their employees.
By 2011, over 12,500 were UNEMPLOYED.
In Ontario, Professional Lawn Care applicators are licenced by the Ministry of the Environment ( MOE ) as « Landscape Exterminators ».
Licensed MOE Landscape Exterminators in 2000 = 2000 plus
Licensed MOE Landscape Exterminators in 2011 = just over 900
Observers are expecting 780 BUSINESS FAILURES OR BANKRUPTCIES.
In Ontario, ONE-COMPANY-PER-WEEK DISAPPEARS INTO TOTAL OBLIVION.
All thanks to The Ontario Trillium Foundation.

Green Prosperity Coalition
Green Prosperity Coalition is a PUBLIC POLICY SHIELD Organization for twenty-one of Ontario’s leading Environmental-Terrorist-Organizations.
Green Prosperity was created in 2011 to RE-ELECT the MASTER-BASTERD INCUMBENT-PREMIER of the Province of Ontario, Dalton McGuinty.
The public was DUPED into believing that Green Prosperity Coalition is a LEGITIMATE INDEPENDENT NOT-FOR-PROFIT Organization.
Green Prosperity Coalition was YET ANOTHER PRETEXT to SUPPLY PAY-OFFS to Environmental-Terrorist Organizations that SUPPORTED McGuinty.
This project was funded by THE ONTARIO TRILLIUM FOUNDATION ( OTF ), an agency of the Government of Ontario that functioned as a FINANCIAL SHIELD for providing PAY-OFFS IN THE FORM OF GRANTS to Environmental-Terrorist-Organizations that SUPPORTED McGUINTY and his bid for RE-ELECTION.
Several of these organizations were DESPERATE for a McGuinty VICTORY, otherwise, Enviro-Lunatic GREEN JOBS AND GOVERNMENT GRANTS WOULD NOT BE SAFE AND SECURE.
Now that it has been re-elected, the McGUINTY REGIME WILL CONSPIRE TO EVENTUALLY IMPOSE MORE PROHIBITIONS and RESTRICTIONS on ALL pest control products, and even fertilizers.
Here is a partial list of the Green Prosperity Anti-Pesticide PARENT ORGANIZATIONS in this LATEST ACT OF SUBVERSIVE ENVIRONMENTAL-TERRORISM in Ontario ―
● Canadian Association of Physicians for the Environment ( CAPE )
● Canadian Environmental Law Association ( CELA )
● Canadian Institute for Environmental Law and Policy ( CIELAP )
● David Suzuki Foundation
● Ecojustice Canada
● Environmental Defence Canada
● Sierra Club Canada
● Toronto Environmental Alliance ( TEA )
Trillium LEGACY
TRILLIUM GRANTS that FUNDED ACTS OF PARTISAN ENVIRONMENTAL TERROR has led to a LEGACY of DESTROYED ECONOMIES, LOST JOBS AND HARDSHIP FOR PEOPLE, and WEAKENED COMMUNITIES.
In essence, TRILLIUM GRANTS acquired from law-abiding tax-payers and businesses in the Professional Lawn Care Industry was DIVERTED through Trillium to Anti-Pesticide Organizations.
TRILLIUM GRANTS were also used to provide PAY-OFFS to those organizations that supported the ENVIRO-LUNATIC MASTER-BASTERD PREMIER of the Province of Ontario, Dalton McGuinty, particularly in his bid for RE-ELECTION in 2011.
Trillium FINANCING of Anti-Pesticide Organizations
Here is are examples TRILLIUM GRANTS spent to SUPPORT Anti-Pesticide Organizations ―
● Canadian Association of Physicians for the Environment ( CAPE ) ― 255,000 dollars ( 2002 – 2007 )
● Canadian Environmental Law Association ( CELA ) ― 202,200 dollars ( 2007 – 2008 ) *
● Canadian Institute for Environmental Law and Policy ( CIELAP ) ― 25,000 dollars ( 1999 – 2000 )
● Canadian Partnership for Children’s Health and the Environment ( CPSCHE ) ― 264,500 dollars ( 2006 – 2007 )
● David Suzuki Foundation ― 100,000 to 250,000 dollars ( 2010 )
● Environmental Defence Canada ― 674,100 dollars ( 2004 – 2009 )
● Laidlaw Foundation ― 321,500 dollars ( 2002 – 2003 )

● World Wildlife Fund of Canada ― 224,000 dollars ( 1999 – 2007 )
* Additionally, TRILLIUM GRANTS were given to a Resource Library for the Environment and the Law ( presumably at Canadian Environmental Law Association, CELA ) at 25,000 dollars each ( 1999 – 2000, 2002 – 2003 ) to design, develop, and maintain an electronic resource library catalogue on environmental issues for Anti-Pesticide and Environmental Activists.
Laidlaw Foundation
During the years 2002 and 2003, TRILLIUM GRANTS were given to Laidlaw Foundation. ostensibly as a CONDUIT to Anti-Pesticide Organizations ―
321,500 DOLLARS over five years to support the Sustainability Network in undertaking and evaluating capacity-building activities, including management assistance for environmental non-profit organizations in Toronto, in order to increase their efficiency.
Laidlaw is one of several PRIVATE FOUNDATIONS that have repeatedly funded the activities and/or infra-structures of the Anti-Pesticide Organizations.
The Laidlaw family derived its wealth from the R. Laidlaw Lumber Company, which was founded in 1886, by the father of Robert A. Laidlaw and Walter C. Laidlaw. The lumber company was later dissolved in 1972. Robert A. Laidlaw established Laidlaw Foundation in 1949 with an endowment of fifty thousand dollars in order to benefit charitable, conservation, cultural, and educational, organizations in Ontario. Further capital contributions exceeding eleven million dollars were made to the foundation by Robert A. Laidlaw, his two sons, Doctor Nicholas Laidlaw and Roderick Laidlaw, and his brother Walter C. Laidlaw.
Laidlaw is a MAJOR source of funding for Anti-Pesticide Organizations, and has also served as a CONDUIT for money from The Ontario Trillium Foundation.
Since 2000, over 700,000 DOLLARS has been provided by Laidlaw to Anti-Pesticide Organizations, with almost half the amount originating from TRILLIUM GRANTS.
Laidlaw Foundation provided large sums of money to Anti-Pesticide Organizations during the period of time covering the public debates on the Toronto prohibition and the Ontario prohibition ( 2001 – 2008 ).
Here is a review of where LAIDLAW GRANTS were provided Anti-Pesticide Organizations in the Province of Ontario ―
● Canadian Association of Physicians for the Environment ( CAPE ) ― 76,575 dollars ( 2002 – 2007 )
● Canadian Environmental Law Association ( CELA ) ― 35,000 dollars ( 2000 – 2002 )
● Canadian Institute for Environmental Law And Policy ( CIELAP ) ― 5,313 dollars ( 2000 )
● Canadian Partnership for Children’s Health and the Environment ( CPCHE )
● Citizens’ Environment Watch ( CEW ) *
● Ecojustice Canada ― 105,000 dollars ( 2002 – 2007 )
● Environmental Defence Canada ( EDC ) ― 224,000 dollars ( 2000 – 2006 )
● Organic Landscape Alliance ( OLA ) ― 30,000 dollars ( 2005 )
● Sierra Club of Canada ― 40,000 dollars ( 2007 )
● Ontario College Of Family Physicians ( OCFP ) ― 210,000 dollars ( 2002 – 2006 )
* Citizen’s Environment Watch ( CEW ) functions as another CONDUIT for money to other Anti-Pesticide Organizations.
Anti-Pesticide Literature Review
In 2002, Laidlaw Foundation provided a 40,000-DOLLAR GRANT to Ontario College of Family Physicians for …
Conducting a comprehensive review of the scientific literature about pesticides.
A short list of pesticides of greatest concerns will be identified.
Also in 2002, a second LAIDLAW GRANT was provided to OCFP for …
To facilitate the strategic development and activities of the Partnership for Pesticide Bylaws.
The Partnership is a collaborative community network that will guide current pesticide efforts into a common focused campaign to ensure passage of a pesticides bylaw in the City of Toronto.
It was no mere coincidence that Laidlaw provided this grant in the SAME year that it received 321,500 DOLLARS from The Ontario Trillium Foundation.
In 2004, Ontario College of Family Physicians ( OCFP ) released its Anti-Pesticide Literature Review.
The Anti-Pesticide Literature Review was merely a POORLY-RESEARCH JUNK-SCIENCE DOCUMENT that contained a CHERRY-PICKING of some of the most recklessly negative reports against pest control products.
OCFP is a DISCREDITED, RADICAL, and SCIENTIFICALLY IGNORANT Anti-Pesticide Organization.
Nonetheless, the Anti-Pesticide Literature Review was used as a PRETEXT to FURTHER FINANCE Anti-Pesticide Organizations that CONSPIRED to PROHIBIT pest control products in the Urban Landscape.
Trillium Response
In 2009, The Ontario Trillium Foundation responded to portions of this report ―
[ Trillium has ] reviewed the draft article included with this e-mail and must advise you that the position it outlines is incorrect. The Ontario Trillium Foundation does not fund advocacy efforts that do not meet the guidelines for not-for-profit organizations under the Canadian Revenue Agency rules. This would include advocacy efforts which are politically motivated or supportive of a specific political party or viewpoint. Further to this we have an internal policy that reiterates this position. This policy was last reviewed in 2008. Therefore, to be clear, the OTF did not fund activities by the organizations listed below as you have implied in your article.
Trillium claims that its GRANTS were never given for the purpose of Anti-Pesticide PROHIBITION ?!?!
Nonetheless, TRILLIUM GRANTS DID at least PAY FOR THE INFRA-STRUCTURES of Anti-Pesticide Organizations.
Clearly, it was a CONFLICT-OF-INTEREST to use TRILLIUM GRANTS for the purpose of CONSPIRING TO PROHIBIT pest control products that were/are, in fact, HEALTH-CANADA-APPROVED, FEDERALLY-LEGAL, SCIENTIFICALLY-SAFE, and PRACTICALLY NON-TOXIC.
Final Word
Nonetheless, TRILLIUM GRANTS were used to FINANCE Anti-Pesticide Organizations that CONSPIRED TO PROHIBIT PEST CONTROL PRODUCTS in the Urban Landscape.
The Ontario Trillium Foundation SQUANDERED AND MISAPPROPRIATED MILLIONS OF DOLLARS towards the SUBVERSIVE ANTI-PESTICIDE CONSPIRACY OF PROHIBITION.
The Anti-Pesticide PROHIBITION CONSPIRACY cost Trillium, and tax–payers, OVER 2,000,000 DOLLARS.
If there would have
been NO Trillium,
the Professional Lawn
Care Industry would
still be ALIVE today !
