Year-Long 365-Day Scientific Dog Studies
No Longer A Necessary Part Of Safety Assessments
Since the 1980s, Scientific Dog Studies have been REQUIRED INTERNATIONALLY TO ASSESS THE SAFETY OF PEST CONTROL AND OTHER PRODUCTS.
Scientific Dog Studies have NOT just been confined to the pesticide industry, and actually have been A NECESSARY PART OF SAFETY ASSESSMENTS !
Currently, Health Canada requires that pesticide manufacturers conduct these studies.
However, Health Canada PLANS TO REDUCE ( AND PERHAPS EVENTUALLY ELIMINATE ) the nation’s long-standing requirement of Year-Long 365-Day Scientific Dog Studies.
Health Canada’s expert scientists are now able TO DEDUCE POTENTIAL HEALTH ISSUES after only 90-Day Dog Studies rather than Year-Long 365-Day Studies.
Health Canada has analyzed the Year-Long 365-Day Scientific Dog Studies, and believes them to be NO LONGER NECESSARY.
Health Canada ― along with other countries ― will still require the 90-Day Scientific Dog Studies for some pest control product.
Health Canada’s decision concerning Scientific Dog Studies represents its COMMITMENT TO THE ELIMINATION OF ANIMAL TESTING since it is no longer necessary.
The United States made the same decision in 2007.
DOG STUDIES WERE⁄ARE GOOD !
The public must NOT forget the Thalidomide Tragedy, which led to STRICTER ASSESSMENTS of drugs, and even pest control products, before they can be registered.
Today, pest control products are among the MOST STRINGENTLY REGULATED PRODUCTS ― virtually no other consumer product has been subject to the same level of scientific scrutiny and regulatory oversight as pest control products.
Scientific Dog Studies apply to ANIMALS to protect people from harm.
This is the purpose that ANIMALS serve in order to keep us safe.
SOME DOG STUDIES WILL STILL BE NECESSARY !
Thanks to Scientific Dog Studies and other forms of assessment, NO ONE NEEDS TO WORRY about children, adults, and even pets, playing on pesticide-treated lawns.
ALL pest control products are FEDERALLY-APPROVED, SCIENTIFICALLY-SAFE, PRACTICALLY NON-TOXIC, and WILL CAUSE NO HARM.

Background Information
The Yeary Dog Study
Scientific Dog Studies have clearly demonstrated that the ingredients applied by businesses operating in the Professional Lawn Care Industry are SCIENTIFICALLY-SAFE and WILL CAUSE NO HARM.
In 1984, a study by Dr R A Yeary showed that a dog is unable to consume enough treated turf leaves in order to produce symptoms of toxicity.
A dog’s stomach is simply not big enough to eat a sufficient quantity of grass leaves for poisoning.
The ingredients used in this study were identical to those used by businesses operating in the Professional Lawn Care Industry.
The concentration of these ingredients were equivalent to liquid applications containing nitrogen, as well as bensulide or chlorpyrifos, dicamba, mecoprop, phosphorus, potassium, and 2,4-D.
A stomach tube to six Beagle dogs administered the mixture of these ingredients.
The dogs did not exhibit any signs of poisoning following the treatments.
The level of plasma cholinesterase in their blood decreased by fifty per cent ( due to the chlorpyrifos or the bensulide ), as did the serum lactic dehydrogenase ( due to the bensulide only ).
No other changes were observed.
Cholinergic signs of poisoning did not accompany these reduced levels.
The Yeary Dog Study actually proved that the ingredients applied by businesses that operate in the Professional Lawn Care Industry are SCIENTIFICALLY-SAFE and WILL CAUSE NO HARM.
THE YEARY DOG STUDY WAS GOOD !

Animal-Fanatics & Environmental-Terrorists
Health Canada’s decision concerning Scientific Dog Studies could stop hundreds of beagles from being killed every year, say Animal-Fanatics & Environmental-Terrorists.
« We would have liked to see something happen sooner », said Patricia Bishop with People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals ( PeTA ).
PeTA is an Animal-Fanatic & Environmental-Terrorist Organization.
( See later segment. )
Since 2011, PeTA has been lobbying, coercing, and intimidating Health Canada to drop Scientific Dog Studies.

It’s Not Over
Animal-Fanatics & Environmental-Terrorists say the campaign to eliminate the Year-Long 365-Day Scientific Dog Studies is not over because some countries still require it.
A Canadian manufacturer would still have to commission these studies to sell food-related pest control products in countries such as Japan and South Korea.

Background Information
People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals
People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals ( PeTA ) is an Animal-Fanatic & Environmental-Terrorist Organization based in Norfolk, Virginia.
It claims to have two million members and supporters world-wide.
Founded in 1980, the organization is a so-called non-profit tax-exempt with 187 employees, attracting a plethora of celebrity members.
The PeTA slogan is « animals are not ours to eat, wear, experiment on, or use for entertainment ».
PeTA acts as a PUBLIC POLICY and FINANCIAL SHIELD ORGANIZATION for the environmental-terror-movement.
For example, PeTA has been criticized for providing FINANCIAL SUPPORT to persons associated with the Earth Liberation Front ( ELF ), which is listed in a draft planning document as a DOMESTIC TERRORIST THREAT by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
Earth Liberation Front ( ELF ) is the collective name for anonymous, autonomous and violent enviro-terrorists, or covert cells, who use ECONOMIC SABOTAGE and GUERRILLA WARFARE against facilities and companies involved in de-forestation, genetic engineering, GMO crops, logging, urban sprawl, energy production and distribution, and a wide variety of other activities, all accused by ELF terrorists of exploiting the environment and people.
People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals ( PeTA ) has even been embarked on a TERRORIST CAMPAIGN against MacDonald’s restaurants.
PeTA financed a mock-interview video between Jiminy Glick ( a.k.a. Martin Short ) who gets « Ronald McDonald » ( a.k.a. actor Andy Dick ) to open up about how he and McDonald’s workers boil chickens alive and break their legs before turning them into McNuggets.

Some of us were actually cheering for Ronald.

Communities and businesses are being HARMED and DESTROYED and RAPED by LUNATIC-TERRORISTS who ARBITRARILY AND RECKLESSLY IMPOSE PROHIBITIONS against pest control products used in the Urban Landscape and by the Agriculture Industry, and who PERPETRATE OTHER ACTS OF ENVIRONMENTAL TERRORISM.
We are living in the 9|11 Era of Anti Pesticide & Environmental Terrorism where at least ONE SUBVERSIVE ACT OF TERRORISM is perpetrated EVERY SINGLE DAY by LUNATIC-TERRORISTS.
A LUNATIC is a person whose actions and manner are marked by extreme recklessness.
The RECKLESS ACTS OF SUBVERSION by these LUNATIC-TERRORISTS has led to the ARBITRARY IMPOSITION of Anti-Pesticide PROHIBITION in several jurisdictions throughout North America.
The result was CATASTROPHIC CARNAGE !
Because of LUNATIC-TERRORISTS, provinces like Ontario now have a TRAIL OF ECONOMIC DESTRUCTION WITH HUNDREDS OF SMALL BUSINESSES DESTROYED and THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE OUT OF WORK, a MORE DANGEROUS OUTDOOR ENVIRONMENT, and a BLACK MARKET IN PESTICIDES.
Only TRUE LUNATICS would wish to create a TRAIL OF ECONOMIC DESTRUCTION WITH HUNDREDS OF SMALL BUSINESSES DESTROYED and THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE OUT OF WORK.
Because of LUNATIC-TERRORISTS, we are living in the DARK AGE OF ANTI PESTICIDE TERRORISM where sound science is trumped by FAKE SCIENTISTS, JUNK SCIENCE and UNVERIFIABLE SECRET EVIDENCE through FABRICATION, INNUENDO, and INTERNET RUMOR ― scientific research PROVES that pest control products will CAUSE NO HARM and can be USED SAFELY.
An informed public is better able to protect itself and its communities and businesses from LUNATIC-TERRORISTS who are THE LEAST QUALIFIED TO PROVIDE ANY ADVICE about pest control products or the environment.
NORAHG is the National Organization Responding Against HUJE that seek to harm the Green space and other industries, and the well-being of our communities.
NORAHG morally represents the VAST SILENT MAJORITY of people associated with turf and ornamental plant maintenance who are OPPOSED to LUNATIC-TERRORISTS and their Anti Pesticide PROHIBITIONS, resulting in the CLOSURE or ABANDONMENT of green spaces under the RIDICULOUS PRETEXT CONCOCTED BY LUNATICS of somehow « saving » the environment.
NORAHG is a NATIONAL NON-PROFIT NON-PARTISAN organization that does not accept money from corporations or governments or trade associations, and represents NO VESTED INTERESTS WHATSOEVER.
NORAHG is dedicated to reporting PESTICIDE FREE FAILURES, as well as the work of RESPECTED & HIGHLY RATED EXPERTS who promote ENVIRONMENTAL REALISM and PESTICIDE TRUTHS.
NORAHG strikes back against the MYTHS concerning the need for prohibition against pest control products.
NORAHG RESPONDS on behalf of the VAST SILENT MAJORITY of THE PUBLIC THAT DOES NOT WANT PESTICIDE BANS, and SUPPORTS those who work in the Professional Lawn Care Industry, the Golf Industry, and the Agriculture Industry.

NORAHG is opposed to PESTICIDE FREE jurisdictions where LUNATIC-TERRORISTS have DOOMED CHILDREN to SUFFER INJURIES since Anti-Pesticide PROHIBITION inevitably leads to public and residential green spaces that become DANGEROUS AND PEST-INFESTED GARBAGE DUMPS.

NORAHG pledges to deliver comprehensive reports that are worthy of peoples’ time and of peoples’ concern, reports that might ordinarily never have breached the parapet.
NORAHG was the brainchild of William H Gathercole and his colleagues in 1991. Mr Gathercole is now retired, although his name continues to appear as founder.
Force Of Nature was launched by NORAHG for CONTINUOUS transmission on the Internet on January 1st, 2009 ― however, the VERY FIRST Stand-Alone Force Of Nature Report was issued on September 19th, 2008.
On March 15th, 2010, Uncle Adolph independently launched The Pesticide Truths, an easy-to-use Web-Site that collects relevant reports of information right-off-the-press.
Primus inter pares, first among equals, describes Pesticide Truths, Uncle Adolph, and Force Of Nature ― they are formally equal to each other and are all accorded equal respect.
The reports and blogs from Pesticide Truths, Uncle Adolph, and Force Of Nature, in some ways, are like Google for everything concerning the SUBVERSIVE ACTIVITIES of Anti-Pesticide and Enviro-Lunatic Terrorists.
Many of these reports and blogs provide a sequence of historical events WITH COMMENTARY, the neutrality of which might be disputed.
This is what we do. Don’t thank us. It’s a public service. And we are glad to do it.
