CAPE’S INFAMY ― Canadian Association of Physicians for the Environment ( CAPE ) is an anti-pest control product, golf-hating, and environmental-terrжrist organization ― it is gloating, treacherous, and repugnant. CAPE conspires to impose reckless and arbitrary prohibition against conventional pest control products nation-wide, in provinces like Manitoba. These products are used in the urban landscape and by the golf industry. CAPE also conspires in partisan political interference against neonicotinoid insecticides used by the agriculture industry.

 

CAPE’S FANATЖCAL-CONSPIRACIES ― These conspiracies against pest control products are reckless, arbitrary, scientifically-ignorant, and perhaps even fatal. CAPE’s demands for fanatжcal-prohibition are NOT supported by any credible scientific information. CAPE-fanatжcs lie and lie and lie and lie ― they NEVER stop.

 

CAPE ATTACKS AGAINST PROFESSIONAL LAWN CARE INDUSTRY ― Throughout the nation, CAPE’s fanatжcal-prohibition conspiracies have annihilated legitimate and tax-paying businesses that operated in the professional lawn care industry. These businesses CANNOT afford the hardship and the cost of CAPE’s #@!!% prohibition nonsense. Because in large part to its merciless acts of anti-pesticide subversion, CAPE has extensively damaged these businesses operating since they desperately rely upon pest control products. Prior to CAPE’s conspiracies, professional lawn care businesses had depended upon the use of effective and safe pest control products to control invasive weeds and destructive insects ― which can no longer be used to satisfy their customers.

 

CAPE’S ATTACKS AGAINST GOLF INDUSTRY ― CAPE has also been continuously attacking the golf industry ― it has strongly demanded the revocation of the golf industry’s pesticide ban exception status.

 

CAPE’S DESTRUCTION ― The catastrophic business carnage caused by CAPE has led to destroyed economies, lost jobs and hardship for people, and weakened communities CAPE has destroyed more lawn care businesses than almost any other group on the planet. Furthermore, CAPE’s fanatжcal-prohibition conspiracies have created catastrophic ecological carnage of uncontrolled, invasive, and destructive pests.

 

CAPE’S LACK-OF-EXPERTISE ― CAPE-fanatжcs are scientifically-ignorant and know NOTHING about pest control products. CAPE spreads falsehoods and lies about the myth of health issues and pest control products. CAPE prefers to remain truth-challenged, and persists in subversively concocting imaginary danger against pest control products. To validate its fanatжcal-prohibition conspiracies, CAPE uses a BOGUS literature review concocted by Ontario College Of Family Physicians. Clearly, CAPE ridiculously relies upon secret non-existent evidence against pest control products. CAPE ignores REAL science that proves pest control products DO NOT cause cancer. CAPE is INCAPABLE of competently assessing the safety of pest control products. In fact, children WILL NOT be harmed if pesticide bans are rescinded ― lawns are safer for children when pesticides are used. Health Canada, and NOT CAPE, has the essential expertise and credibility on pest control products.

 

CAPE’S CHILD EXPLOITATION ― CAPE operates under the FALSE-PRETEXT that its merciless acts of anti-pesticide subversion somehow protect the health of children. CAPE despicably exploits children as weapons of coercion and ultimate environmental terrжr in order to manipulate the public on the supposed necessity of fanatжcal-prohibition. CAPE conveniently ignores the overwhelming scientific evidence that children are NOT at risk from pest control products ― dangerous playing surfaces are created by #@!!% pesticide bans. CAPE fails to admit that children are safe with pest control products. It ignores REAL science that proves children are safe because of assessments by Health Canada and the United States Environmental Protection Agency ( EPA ). CAPE ignores REAL science that proves children are actually NOT at risk from pest control products because of the establishment of re-entry intervals. CAPE has NO basis to demand prohibition. Should you trust CAPE-fanatжcs ?!?! NO !

 

CAPE’S VIOLATIONS ― CAPE’s illegal and excessive interference in partisan politics and public policy has ultimately raised serious questions about this organization’s charity tax-exempt status. CAPE is breaking the laws that pertain to political activity. There is NO recourse but official complaints and litigation against CAPE, which deserves to face the spotlight of scrutiny and the terrжr of Canada Revenue Agency. CAPE DOES NOT deserve a tax-exempt status.

 

NO FREE MONEY FOR CAPE ― CAPE pretends to be a charity organization that somehow deserves its tax-exempt status. CAPE violates taxation laws by illegally interfering with partisan politics and public policy. It also interferes in public policy to destroy more and more professional lawn care businesses.
