There has been information presented as fact at different council meetings in a number of municipalities, where as the information was hear say. Based on the ruling surrounding hear say evidence in court, most of what has been presented would be considered inadmissible and not object of truth.
Depending on weed, disease and pest population each year the quality of playing surfaces will vary greatly. This has potential to increase the number of sporting injuries sustained by participants and see an increase in numbers of those affected by asthma, allergies etc. The situation could encourage claims against the province for failure to provide a duty of care.
