Who we’re hiring:
In the role of Director of Finance, you will collaborate with all levels and across all parts of our business including sales, marketing, operations, and IT. You will have primary responsibility for Bullfrog’s financial reporting as well as key processes and controls, and will regularly communicate with the senior leadership team with respect to finance and business issues.
Your specific responsibilities will include:
•Developing a high performing finance team to meet the requirements of a high growth and dynamic organization in the areas of financial reporting, planning and control systems, and financial compliance;
•Responsibility for preparation of all external and internal management financial reporting, annual budgeting, and quarterly forecasting throughout the year;
•Providing insightful analysis on adherence to, or deviations from budget and actual revenue and expenses throughout the year;
•Overseeing internal controls and risk management strategies and ensuring systems are operating on a daily basis;
•Ensuring compliance with regulatory and local tax requirements in each jurisdiction in which the company operates;
•Managing treasury and banking relationships for the Corporation;
•Leading the preparation for audits and managing audits with Bullfrog’s external accounting firm;
•Supervising and mentoring Bullfrog’s Finance & Administration team;
•Participating in special projects and ad hoc assignments to improve financial results by providing financial analysis and information.

Desired Skills and Experience
The successful candidate will:
•Have 3-5 years of experience in a senior finance role as a Director or Controller;
•Have 3-5 years of experience as a people manager;
•Hold an accredited accounting degree (CPA,CGA, CMA) and/or an MBA;
•Have extensive experience in preparing, analyzing, and conveying financial information;
•Demonstrate leadership skills to drive process improvements and automation;
•Have proven experience meeting tight deadlines and working independently;
•Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills with an ability to discuss and present analysis to senior leadership and/or cross-functionally;
•Demonstrate a passion for environmental issues, a customer orientation, and a team player approach.
