While seemingly listening to all interested parties regarding the fate of « cosmetic pesticides », Special Committee on Cosmetic Pesticides will, BEYOND ANY DOUBT, RECOMMEND THE PROHIBITION of pest control products in the Urban Landscape.
Nevertheless, Special Committee on Cosmetic Pesticides MAINTAINED THE PRETENSE of listening to what the public had to say with MOCK-CONSULTATIONS.
Anti-Pesticide Activists, funded with MILLIONS OF DOLLARS in government grants and public donations, SQUANDERED AND MISAPPROPRIATED vast sums of profit to finance the QUESTIONABLE CONSPIRACY to PROHIBIT pest control products in the Urban Landscape.
Anti-Pesticide Activists « coached » by Canadian Cancer Society have CARPET-BOMBED and TERRORIZED the Special Committee on Cosmetic Pesticides.
The issue here is CREDIBILITY of the source of information, since the VAST MAJORITY of the COMMENTS are ORCHESTRATED, through a coast-to-coast CAMPAIGN, using NON-EXPERT VOLUNTEERS with Canadian Cancer Society.
This CAMPAIGN gives an unsuspecting public the FALSE and FRAUDULENT impression that the Anti-Pesticide Movement has considerable size and power, when in fact, IT DOES NOT.
Anti-Pesticide Activists have a HUGE VESTED INTEREST IN PERPETUATING IMAGINARY DANGERS about pest control products used in the Urban Landscape.
Doing this attracts HUGE PROFIT and BENEFITS, in the form of DONATIONS, GOVERNMENT GRANTS, and CELEBRITY.
ALLEGATIONS from Anti-Pesticide Activists about the IMAGINARY DANGER of pest control products are TOTALLY FALSE, and are UNTRUE MIS-REPRESENTATIONS designed to alarm and enrage the public.
These ALLEGATIONS from Anti-Pesticide Activists also ENHANCE their BUSINESS, CASH-FLOW, and PROFIT.
There is NOT ONE KNOWN ILLNESS or DEATH from the proper use of pest control products used in the Urban Landscape.
Perhaps if Anti-Pesticide Activists were to prioritize their energies to the primary causes of cancer, such as life-style choices, LIVES WOULD BE SAVED.
Incredibly, for some UNFATHOMABLE REASON, trade associations like Western Canada Turfgrass Association ( WCTA ) and Canada Nursery Landscape Association ( CNLA, a.k.a. British Columbia Landscape and Nursery Association ) SUPPORT the PROHIBITION of pest control products in the Urban Landscape.
More precisely, WCTA decided to SQUANDER money and resources on the City of Vancouver campaign of Anti-Pesticide MIS-INFORMATION.
These trade associations not only BETRAYED the ENTIRE Green Space Industry, they have also VALIDATED the Anti-Pesticide agenda, which will lead to TOTAL PROHIBITION of pest control products AND even fertilizers …
… INCLUDING the Golf Industry.
Legal experts have indicated that there are GROUNDS FOR A LAWSUIT, and a consensus is building among members of Professional Lawn Care companies to seek damages with a class-action lawsuit against the elected leaders and staff of both trade associations.
PROHIBITION is NOT NECESSARY because, overall, when pest control products are used properly, there are NO harmful irreversible effects to health and the environment !
Conventional pest control products are SCIENTIFICALLY SAFE since they have been scrutinized and approved by the HUNDREDS of expert scientists at Health Canada !
