As reported through Health Canada’s VAST TOXICOLOGY DATABASE, scientific research shows that NO HARM WILL OCCUR to health and environment when pest control products are used properly.
If/when PROHIBITION is IMPOSED in Manitoba, Government Officials will have done so in DEFIANCE of Health Canada’s SCIENTIFIC ASSESSMENTS proving that pest control products are SCIENTIFICALLY-SAFE … ASSESSMENTS that can take up to TEN YEARS and COST HUNDREDS OF MILLIONS OF DOLLARS.

Furthermore, any GOLF EXCEPTION STATUS would imply that … if it is safe for children and adults to walk and play on pesticide-treated Golf Facilities, it is also safe for them to walk and play on pesticide-treated Home Lawns.
If any GOLF EXCEPTION STATUS is ARBITRARILY GRANTED WITH NO TRANSITION CRITERIA, then the Professional Lawn Care Industry will be in a position to successfully launch LITIGATION against Manitoba, on the grounds of being ARBITRARY, INCONSISTENT and UNFAIR.
