The Landscape Ontario Perpetrators, who now virtually dominate IPM Council of Canada, are repeating the same SUSPICIOUS AND PERNICIOUS STRATEGIES OF BETRAYAL all over again.
The Landscape Ontario Perpetrators who now serve on the IPM Council, circa 2009, betrayed hundreds of businesses operating in the professional lawn care industry ― they did so by using several SUSPICIOUS AND PERNICIOUS STRATEGIES ―
• the betrayal of hundreds of businesses throughout Ontario that operated in the professional lawn care industry
• the enabling of anti-pesticide & lawn-hating agenda of the government of Ontario by supporting the 2009 Cosmetic Pesticides Ban Act, a reckless and arbitrary prohibition against conventional pest control products
• the acquisition of financial benefits for supporting prohibition ― in the form of hundreds of thousands of dollars in supposed « research funds » provided by a grateful government of Ontario
• the half-hearted attempts to resist prohibition by avoiding decisions that would have protected the professional lawn care industry from the carnage created by Ontario’s 2009 Cosmetic Pesticides Ban Act [ i.e. prohibition ]
• the apathetic and callous indifference about the WORST ATTACK CAMPAIGN ever perpetrated against the professional lawn care industry, Ontario’s 2009 Cosmetic Pesticides Ban Act [ i.e. prohibition ], which inflicted losses of over 500,000,000 dollars, with over 12,500 unemployed
• the operation of an apathetic and callous trade association that offered mere consolation of devastated business owners with its own unique form of funeral services
• the white-washing and sanitizing of the carnage inflicted by prohibition through the dispensation of false-information designed to convince a hapless North American green space industry that prohibition was somehow good despite survey results demonstrating that prohibition was horrifyingly bad for business
• the validation of destructive, anti-pesticide, and lawn-hating fanatical-politicians by honouring them with environmental awards
• turning a blind eye to the use of illegal products because members of the trade association could not be bothered with legal and registered green alternatives as replacements for conventional weed control products like Killex

The Landscape Ontario Perpetrators, who now serve on the IPM Council, have adopted several more SUSPICIOUS AND PERNICIOUS STRATEGIES in 2016 ―
• the betrayal of almost 700 golf facilities throughout Ontario
• the refusal to protect the sensitive and potentially-harmful information stored on the unsecured IPM Council web-site by removing all information about golf superintendents and their facilities ― or better yet, by shutting down the web-site on an indefinite basis
• the operation of the unsecured IPM Council web-site that has placed golf facilities in deep #@!!% trouble since June 2016
• the apathetic and callous indifference about the WORST ATTACK CAMPAIGN ever perpetrated against the golf industry, which has the objective of attacking, humiliating, damaging, and destroying golf superintendents and their facilities
• turning a blind eye to the elevated threat of the hacking-attack campaign that began in June 2016 ― this attack was perpetrated by golf-hating fanatics who pilfered sensitive and potentially-harmful information about Ontario’s golf superintendents and their facilities from the IPM Council web-site
• the enabling of anti-pesticide & golf-hating fanatics by granting them wholesale and unconstrained access to the golf industry’s sensitive IPM data on the IPM Council web-site
