CARNAGE INFLICTED BY HORRIFIC, ARBITRARY, & STUNNINGLY DEBILITATING FINES

The Complete Media Library
Of Horrific Fines

――――――――――――――――――――

――――――――――――――――――――

OVERVIEW  ―  Jurisdictions like Ontario have been despicable in their validation of horrific, arbitrary, and stunningly debilitating fines that are, in fact, prejudicial and brutal punishments against businesses that are being victimized for using federally-approved products that are scientifically-safe.  From 2009 to 2018, under Ontario’s Liberal government, debilitating fines have been out-of-proportion with the seriousness of the violation.

Horrific fines are also being imposed specifically against employees, & not against the golf course or the lawn care company that they worked for.  And there is more bad news.  See the segments below.

Just like the Nжzis, these terrжrists have received guidance and instruction from the subversive and lunatжc master race of bastжrd-environmental-terrжrist-leaders, like Canadian Cancer Society and Coalition For Alternatives To Pesticides.

Hitler concocted the story that Jews were the imaginary-enemies of the Aryan race, and arbitrarily and falsely held them responsible for problems in Europe.

Similarly, these Newfoundland’s environmental-terrжrists arbitrarily and falsely have held pest control products as responsible for imaginary problems, despite the fact that these products are Health-Canada-approved and scientifically-safe.

Tymack Inc operating as Nutri-Lawn Kingston and Mr Robert Baxby were each convicted of four violations under the provincial Pesticides Act for using a Health-Canada-approved pest control product, and failing to post signs as per provincial regulations.

  • Ontario Is Operated Just Like Nжzi Germany

  • WTF ?!?! ―  Ontario’s Liberal Government Has Imposed Horrific, Arbitrary, & Stunningly Debilitating Fines  ―  Prejudicial & Brutal Punishments Against Victimized Businesses & Employees

Summary  …

From 2009 through 2018, Ontario’s Liberal government created a climate of fear, resembling Nжzi Germany, where businesses were/are ratted-out by unethical competitors.

Government officials became thugs who controlled the province like Nжzi Germany.

Hitler claimed that Jews were enemies of the Aryan Race, and arbitrarily and falsely held them responsible for problems in Europe.

Similarly, Ontario’s Liberal government had arbitrarily and falsely alleged that pest control products were responsible for imaginary problems, in defiance of the fact that they are approved by Health Canada and deemed as scientifically safe.

From 2009 through 2018, Ontario’s Liberal government imposed horrific and stunningly debilitating fines that are completely out-of-proportion with the seriousness of the violation.

Businesses and employees operating in the Professional Lawn Care Industry were specifically targeted by government officials  ―  with extreme prejudice.

Here are examples of horrific Ontario fines against mostly lawn care businesses  ―

•   1341730 Ontario Inc, $2,000 Fine   •   Agrium Advanced Technologies, $17,500 Fine   •   Big Green Property Services, $4,000 Fine   •   Blackburn, Douglas B, $2,000 Fine   •   Brodies Ltd, $7,000 Fine   •   Domotor, Joseph, $2,000 Fine   •   Great Lakes Lawn Care Inc, $10,000 Fine   •   Greens-Keeper a.k.a. Kevin Cross, $12,000 Fine   •   Home Depot, $4,000 Fine   •   Irving, Michael S, $2,500 Fine   •   Lawn Care With A Difference a.k.a. Paul Mellor, $5,500 Fine   •   Nutri-Lawn a.k.a. Rob Baxby, $10,486 Fine   •   Perna, Patrick, $22,500 Fine   •   Schiestel, Kenneth, $20,000 Fine   •   Stockwell, Douglas, $1,600 Fine   •   Turf Revolution a.k.a. Tammy Lee Lawrence, $2,500 Fine   •   Vanderheide, Justin, $4,000 Fine.

From 2009 through 2018, Ontario’s Liberal government exercised abuses of government power in order to further annihilate the Professional Lawn Care Industry.

Just like the Nжzis, the government of Ontario operated with informants.

Furthermore, Ontario’s Liberal government have received guidance and instruction from anti-pesticide & environmental-terrжrist organizations like Canadian Cancer Society and Canadian Association Of Physicians For The Environment.

The government has acted as a mere political and punishment shield for these organizations.

  • WTF ?!?! ―  Transforming A Professional & Tax-Paying Employee Into A Criminal

  • WTF ?!?! ―  Brutal Victimization Of A Mere Employee Who Used A Federally-Approved Product

  • WTF ?!?! ―  Relying Upon A Network Of Informants, Just Like Nжzi Germany [  ?!?! ]

  • WTF ?!?! ―  Imaginary Problems With So-Called Chemical Sensitivity

Summary  …

In the city of Kingston, Ontario, businesses and employees are being prejudicially and brutally victimized by Ontario’s Liberal government thugs who are subversive anti-pesticide lunatжcs seeking brutal revenge against all those who are associated with local industry-advocate Mr Jeffrey Lowes and M-REP Communications.

Mr Patrick Perna, a mere employee working as a Pesticide Applicator for a large lawn care company in Ontario, was fined $22,500 plus a victim fine surcharge, after pleading guilty to discharging a pesticide into the environment, which caused, supposedly, impairment of the quality of the environment, contrary to the Pesticides Act.

Ontario’s Liberal government thugs were notified of an incident at a residential property where a pesticide, Par III, had drifted off-site.

As everyone knows, Par III is a herbicide that is federally-approved and will cause NO harm according to Health Canada.

Clearly, Mr Perna was ratted-out.

Just like the Nжzis in Germany, Ontario’s Liberal government thugs has operated with informants.

The story concocted by a informant was absolutely nonsensical, but Ontario’s Liberal government  thugs somehow believed this lunatжc.

A pedestrian, who happened to be walking by at the time, developed a burning sensation in her chest that lasted for three to four weeks.  [ ?!?! ]

The pedestrian also suffered from multiple chemical sensitivities and had a past history of tuberculosis.

What does tuberculosis have to do with pest control products ?!?!

According to Ontario’s non-expert anti-pesticide thugs, the pedestrian’s symptoms may have been directly related to the pesticide exposure.

This is false and unverifiable conjecture based upon a false and ignorant premise.

From 2009 to 2016, Ontario’s Liberal government thugs have exercised abuses of power in order to annihilate employees working for professional lawn care industry.

Health Canada has the essential expertise on pest control products, and NOT Ontario’s Liberal government thugs.

Who wants to live in a society where horrific fines are arbitrarily imposed by prejudiced non-expert anti-pesticide business-hating government officials ?!?!

  • Violation ―  Fraudulent Business Practices

  • WTF ?!?! ―  Example Of The Failure Of Organic

  • WTF ?!?! ―  Victimization Of A Business With A Horrific Fine That Is Out-Of-Proportion With The Seriousness Of The Violation

Summary  …

In order for organic pesticide-free maintenance to work, fraudulent practices must be relied upon.

For example, an organic lawn care company was fined $37,000 by the Maine Board Of Pesticides Control for a pattern of fraudulent business practices in which it knowingly and intentionally applied conventional chemical pesticides in violation of state and federal laws.

This is another example of the failure of organic pesticide-free maintenance.

Organic businesses are disintegrating under the weight of their own treachery.

Lying, cheating, and fraud are the only ways to make organic products appear to work effectively.

Nonetheless, this is yet another example where a horrific fine is out-of-proportion with the seriousness of the violation ?!?!

  • Violations ―  Ten Lawn Care Companies Illegally Applying That Were Withdrawn From The Market For Use On Home Lawns, And ⁄ Or Could Only Be Used In Agriculture

Summary  …

The professional lawn care industry has some companies that are lying and cheating with pest control products that have either been withdrawn from the market, or can only be applied on specified food crops in the agriculture industry.

These products are NOT registered for use in the urban landscape.  After inspections conducted during the summer of 2016, Health Canada concluded that ten companies violated the federal Pest Control Products Act  ―

•   Allaire et Fils   •   Entreprise Demers 4 Saisons   •   Entretien de Pelouses Plus   •   Entretien Remi Fortier   •   Extermination et Fertilisation Poirier   •   Fertilisation du Nord   •   Les Enterprises M Marion   •   Pelouse Sante   •   Serge Jodoin Paysagiste   •   Weed Man Laurentides-Lanaudiere.

In May 2017, Health Canada issued notices of violation to these companies, with HORRIFIC FINES between $4,000 and $8,000, for using products in ways that were contrary to label instructions, thus representing violations of the federal Pest Control Products Act.

Observers have asked  ―  if these lawn care companies cannot act as good examples, then they will have to serve as horrible warnings.

All illegal applications must come to an end, forever.

  • WTF ?!?! ―  Imaginary Problems With So-Called Chemical Sensitivity

Summary  …

In the city of Walkerton, Ontario, businesses have been prejudicially and brutally victimized by Ontario’s Liberal government in the wake of the 2000 water contamination incident, where half the population fell ill, and seven people died as a result.

The Walkerton 2000 water contamination incident had nothing to do with the use of pest control products.

Nonetheless, in Walkerton, fines even more horrific because they are are arbitrarily 5 to 10 times higher than elsewhere in Ontario.

Mr Kenneth Schiestel pleaded guilty to one violation under the provincial Pesticides Act for the improper use of a pesticide that somehow caused harm or discomfort to an unknown person.  [ ?!?! ]

Mr Schiestel was a mere employee working as the Pesticide Applicator for a custom farm applicator company that specialized in pesticide applications to farm lands.

Ontario’s Liberal government thugs were notified that Mr Schiestel had commenced spraying on a field while another person was standing nearby.

The spray plume came in contact with this person who supposedly developed a skin rash shortly thereafter.

This is an unverifiable incident of so-called chemical sensitivity which may simply be mere coincidence  ―  which was NEVER reported to Health Canada.

Nonetheless, Mr Schiestel was set-up and ratted-out.

Just like the Nazжs in Germany, Ontario’s Liberal government thugs operated with an informant and a deceiver.

The story concocted by the informant was absolutely nonsensical, but Ontario’s Liberal government thugs somehow believed this lunatжc.

These thugs have exercised abuses of government power in order to annihilate employees working as Pesticide Applicators, in this case, in the agriculture industry.

From 2009 to 2018, these thugs operated the province like Hitler’s Nazж Germany.

Moreover, the product used by Mr Shiestel was federally-approved and would have caused NO harm, according to Health Canada.
