The present Liberal Government was first elected in 2003, was re-elected on October 10th, 2007, and again on October 6th, 2011.

For this reason, the Liberal Government is affectionately referred to as the Liberal-Anti-Pesticide-Regime.

This is because on April 22nd, 2009, the Liberal-Anti-Pesticide-Regime ARBITRARILY AND RECKLESSLY PROHIBITED against pest control products used in the Urban Landscape with the legislation of the Ontario Cosmetic Pesticides Ban Act.

 

The DESTRUCTION of the Professional Lawn Care Industry by the Liberal-Anti-Pesticide-Regime was EXTENSIVE because there were NO valid economical alternatives to replace the prohibited products. 

 

Consequently, Professional Lawn Care Companies were UNABLE to provide adequate weed and insect control, and were UNABLE to keep their customers satisfied.

 

The Ontario businesses operating in the Professional Lawn Care Industry LOST OVER 500,000,000 DOLLARS, with UP TO 12,500 UNEMPLOYED.

 

OVER HALF OF ALL THE BUSINESSES HAVE CLOSED THEIR DOORS.

 

ANTI-PESTICIDE PROHIBITION ALSO DESTROYED Ontario greens spaces that COULD NOT BE PROPERLY MAINTAINED, and became PEST-INFESTED AND DANGEROUS GARBAGE DUMPS.

The Ontario Professional Lawn Care Industry’s TAX-DOLLARS were used to DESTROY its businesses.

 

Government money acquired from law-abiding tax-payers and businesses in the Professional Lawn Care Industry was SQUANDERED AND MISAPPROPRIATED through Ontario Trillium Foundation to Anti-Pesticide & Environmental-Terrorist Organizations.

 

Between 2001 and 2006, Ontario Trillium Foundation funded over 600 environmental projects across Ontario worth more than 47 million dollars. 

 

In 2007, annual funding was boosted to 105 million from 100 million dollars.

 

Additionally, Ontario Trillium Foundation FINANCED the SUBVERSIVE CONSPIRACY TO PROHIBIT pest control products.

 

While the Liberal-Anti-Pesticide-Regime was seemingly listening to all stake-holders regarding the fate of « cosmetic pesticides », it was ostensibly CONSPIRING towards the demise of the Professional Lawn Care Industry by PROVIDING FREE TAX-EXEMPT MONEY to SUBVERSIVE Anti-Pesticide & Environmental-Terrorist Organizations.

 

In 2007-2008 alone, almost 500,000 DOLLARS was provided by Ontario Trillium Foundation to Anti-Pesticide & Environmental-Terrorist Organizations. 

 

During the period 1999-2009, over 1,5000,000 DOLLARS was provided to Anti-Pesticide & Environmental-Terrorist Organizations.

 

Thanks to funding by Ontario Trillium Foundation, SUBVERSIVE LOBBYING AND ADVERTISING orchestrated by Anti-Pesticide & Environmental-Terrorist Organizations GUARANTEED THE PASSAGE of the Ontario Cosmetic Pesticides Ban Act. 

 

Ontario Trillium Foundation claims that the money was never officially given for this purpose. 

 

But hey ! 

 

Ontario Trillium Foundation DID at least PAY FOR THE INFRA-STRUCTURES of Anti-Pesticide & Environmental-Terrorist Organizations. 

 

Evidently, Anti-Pesticide & Environmental-Terrorist Organizations used Ontario Trillium Foundation money, directly or indirectly, to CONSPIRE TO PROHIBIT PEST CONTROL PRODUCTS. 

 

Clearly, it is a CONFLICT-OF-INTEREST to use government grants for the purpose of CONSPIRING TO PROHIBIT pest control products that are, otherwise, HEALTH-CANADA-APPROVED, FEDERALLY-LEGAL, and SCIENTIFICALLY-SAFE.

 

Coincidentally, VAST SUMS OF MONEY were provided by Ontario Trillium Foundation during the period of time covering the public debates on PROHIBITION for the City of Toronto and the Province of Ontario ( 2001 – 2008 ). 

 

In 2004, the Court of Appeal for Ontario unfortunately concluded that City of Toronto DID have the authority to PROHIBIT pest control products. 

 

In 2008, the Cosmetic Pesticides Ban Act was unfortunately legislated by the Liberal-Anti-Pesticide-Regime.

 

In BOTH CASES, the SUCCESSFUL PASSAGE OF THESE PROHIBITIONS were clearly INFLUENCED by Ontario Trillium Foundation, as well as by other sources of financing.

 

In 1999 and 2001, Ontario Trillium Foundation even financed Anti-Pesticide & Environmental-Terrorist Organizations to provide the means and/or the infra-structure to LEGALLY CHALLENGE the Professional Lawn Care Industry in the PROHIBITION IN TOWN OF HUDSON, QUEBEC.

 

On June 28th, 2001, The Supreme Court of Canada unfortunately UPHELD THE ACTS OF SUBVERSION by the Town of Hudson which prohibited the use of pest control products for the Professional Lawn Care Industry and Do-It-Yourself Homeowners.

 

Essentially, Ontario Trillium Foundation SQUANDERED MILLIONS OF DOLLARS ON THE SUBVERSIVE ANTI-PESTICIDE CONSPIRACY OF PROHIBITION.
